Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday,
excluding holidays).

Orders placed:

  • After business hours
  • On weekends
  • On holidays

Will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Some items, including special-order or custom products, may
require additional processing time. If your order requires extra time, we will
notify you.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping times vary depending on:

  • The selected shipping method
  • Carrier service availability

Shipping Rates

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before completing

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via
email.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring
delivery arrangements are made when necessary.

Damaged Packages

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the
    packaging and item
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of
    delivery
  3. Retain all packaging materials

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may result in denial of the
claim.

Refused Shipments

If an order is refused at delivery, the following may apply:

  • Return shipping fees
  • Original shipping charges
  • 15% restocking fee

These amounts will be deducted from any refund issued.

Missing Package Policy

If your tracking information shows delivered, but you did not
receive your package:

  • Check with neighbors or household
    members
  • Contact the shipping carrier
    directly
  • Notify us within 5 days

How In-Store Pickup Works

  • Select In-Store Pickup at
    checkout to avoid shipping charges.
  • Please call ahead to
    confirm your pickup time so we can have your order ready.
  • Orders are typically ready for
    pickup within 1–3 business days, depending on item availability.
  • You will be notified when your
    order is ready for pickup.

 

Pickup Requirements

To pick up your order, please bring:

  • A valid photo ID
  • Your order confirmation
    (printed or on your mobile device)

If someone else will be picking up your order, please notify us in
advance and provide their name.

 

Pickup Timeframe

Orders must be picked up within 14 days of notification that the
order is ready.

Orders not picked up within this timeframe may:

  • Be canceled
  • Be subject to a 15% restocking
    fee

Refunds will be issued according to our standard return policy.

 

Additional Notes

  • Some special-order or custom
    items
    may require additional time before they are available for
    pickup.
  • We recommend calling ahead before
    arrival to ensure your order is ready and available.
