We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days
from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Final Sale Items
All special order and custom items are final sale and are not eligible
for refunds or returns.
This includes, but is not limited to, all KangaroosTeam products.
Restocking Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition
that you received it - Be unused
- Include all original
packaging, tags, and components - Include a receipt or proof of
purchase
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be denied.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must
contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and
resolve it promptly.
Shipping Damage Policy
If your package arrives damaged during shipping, please:
- Take photos of the packaging and the
damaged item - Contact us within 48 hours of
delivery - Retain all original packaging
materials
Failure to report shipping damage within 48 hours may result in the denial
of the claim.
Fitment Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the part
ordered is correct for their vehicle before completing the purchase.
We strongly recommend confirming:
- Vehicle year, make, model,
engine size, and trim - OEM part numbers (when available)
- Compatibility details listed on
the product page

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted, and
refunds will not be issued.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or special-order items
- Hazardous materials, flammable
liquids, or gases - Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Used or installed items
If you are unsure whether an item qualifies for return, please contact us

Installed or Used Parts Policy
Installed, used, or attempted installation items are not eligible for
return.
Once a part has been:
- Installed
- Attempted to be installed
- Modified
- Damaged during installation
It becomes non-returnable, even if it does not fit.
We strongly recommend verifying compatibility before installation.
Warranty Policy
Many automotive products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty coverage:
- Applies only to manufacturer
defects - Does not cover damage caused
by improper installation, misuse, or normal wear - Does not cover labor costs,
towing, diagnostic fees, or vehicle downtime
If you believe your item is defective under warranty:
- Contact us immediately
- Provide proof of purchase
- Provide photos and a description
of the issue
We will assist you in processing the warranty claim according to
manufacturer guidelines.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before shipment.
Once an order has shipped:
- It cannot be canceled
- It must follow the standard
return process
Special-order and custom items cannot be canceled once processing
begins.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether
your refund is approved or denied.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to
your original payment method - The refund will be minus
applicable fees, including the restocking fee - Processing times vary by bank or
credit card provider - Most refunds are completed within
7–14 business days after processing
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to countries within the European Union,
customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days,
for any reason.
To qualify:
- Items must be unused
- Items must include original
packaging and tags - Proof of purchase is required
International Orders Policy
For international orders:
- Customers are responsible for duties,
taxes, and customs fees - Delivery times may vary due to
customs processing - Returns from international
locations must follow all return eligibility requirements
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
